Overview

The primary goal of the project was to conduct a survey of a 7-square kilometer area prior to the commencement of a development project. The region revealed significant evidence of both ancient prehistoric and more recent post-modern human occupation, indicating a history of long-term habitation.

Challenges

  • The Wadi Sfar project presented several challenges, notably the backdrop of the Covid-19 crisis. Complicating matters further, we had to coordinate and manage two teams—one based in Europe and the other in Saudi Arabia.
  • However, through the combined efforts of innovative technology and our highly skilled team specializing in advanced data management, we successfully navigated and overcame these challenges.
